about

Technical training is one of the few high-stakes things organisations still can’t measure. A course runs, a feedback form comes back with a number about the room’s mood, and the actual teaching stays invisible: whether it was accurate, whether it was clear, whether it built real capability. Good trainers go unrecognised; gaps go uncaught; quality drifts.

We think that is a solvable problem, and that solving it fairly matters more than solving it quickly. So TrainAgent measures the teaching itself, holds every trainer to the same standard, and shows the evidence for every judgement it makes. Quality stops being a matter of opinion.

Evidence over opinion

Every judgement is shown, not asserted. If it can't be cited to the transcript and the corpus, it isn't a score.

02

Fair, not harsh

A master-trainer standard applied the same way every time, calibrated so strong teaching is recognised and real gaps are named, not inflated and not punished.

03

Built to compound

A coach that remembers. Each delivery makes the next brief sharper and the trainer better. The value grows the longer you use it.

For providers who stake their name on quality

TrainAgent is built for organisations delivering Microsoft technical training, where accuracy is non-negotiable and reputation rides on every cohort. It gives training leads an objective read on delivery, gives trainers a coach that helps them grow, and gives clients confidence that the standard is real.

It’s white-labelled to your brand and environment, with each client’s data fully isolated. A platform you can put your own name on.

Built by a trainer, for trainers

TrainAgent is built by Clynton Botterill, a Microsoft Certified Trainer based in Johannesburg. After years of delivering Microsoft technical courses, I wanted a fair, evidence-based way to see what actually happens in a training room, for my own classes first and then for the providers I work with.
